We will provide lashes for the bride (if wanted) included in the cost, however if bridesmaids/ mother of the bride requires lashes, please purchase them prior to the wedding day.

Travel expenses- a mileage cost will apply for locations situated 10 miles outside of Maidenhead at a rate of 50p per mile.  Any car parking expenses and  congestion charges incurred for both consultation and wedding days will be recharged to you at cost.

Cancellations

All deposits are forfeited on cancellation by the client.  Cancellation with less than 6 weeks to the wedding will result in the full balance being withheld.   Cancellation notification must be received via email.

In the very unlikely circumstances that we have to cancel your wedding day booking due to sickness, injury, personal emergency or other circumstances beyond our control.  All efforts will be made to find a replacement hair and makeup artist, whom will be supplied with details and photos of your decided look.  If no replacement is found or this is unacceptable to the client,  the full amount will be refunded to you, including the deposit.

We reserve the right to cancel your booking without refund of the deposit if at any point a member of the bridal party displays any abusive or offensive behaviour.

Client Responsibilities

When booking a trial/wedding please ensure space and lighting will be available at your chosen location (natural light if possible). A table for products is also needed along with electricity points.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that we are informed of any allergies before any makeup application.  The client must inform the us of any skin conditions or allergies which may be affected by the use of the makeup artists tools or products. We will not be held responsible for any reactions that may occur, if any skin conditions were not stated before the application of makeup.

The makeup artist has the right to refuse the hair and makeup service to clients if any abusive or threatening behaviour (in any way) is felt during the booking. Any cancellation due to this reason will not enable any refunds and full payment from the client will still be outstanding.

On the wedding day - we will have a limited number of hours to get you and your bridal party ready.  Please make sure everyone who requires our services are present or on route, as we will not be responsible for delays and extra time will be charged.

Please ensure that hair is clean, completely dry and free from product. We advise washing the hair the day/night before and avoiding heavy conditioners.

Photographs

Photos will be taken during the trial and possibly on the wedding day, please note that these may be used as promotional material on our website and social media sites.  Your details are never passed on to a 3rd party.

We are fully covered by public liability insurance.  Please note that although we are more than happy to help with the dressing of the bridal
party, it is not covered by Public Liability Insurance. Should any accidental damage occur, the responsibility lies solely with the owner of the item.
